No Limits- Evolution in an Open Relational Universe

In this article, I'm going to explore why I believe there are no limits to what humanity is capable of, and that eventually, nothing will be impossible, not even reversing the heat death of the universe in one googol years (a 1 followed by 1000 zeroes, not to be confused with google- the name “Google” is an accidental misspelling of “googol” by the company’s founders, which was picked to signify that the search engine was intended to provide large quantities of information).
An audacious statement, I’m sure you will agree. Yet one I have recently come to believe may actually be true after four decades of extensive research and investigative work in my spare time in between making a living. I am also growing weary of the prevailing zeitgeist of cynicism, hopelessness, existential cowardice, predatory delay by the fossil fuel and chemical industries, the arrogance of reductionist materialists, and a general lack of vision and gumption required to overcome the massive challenges we face as a species. I’ll begin with an illustrative anecdote.
