Over the past two decades, I’ve written eight books, so it is always a pleasure to interview a friend who is publishing their hard-won experience in a new book. What follows is excerpted from an absolutely heartbreaking yet pragmatically hopeful two-hour clubhouse call hosted in our Integral Leadership Club room recently. We had an amazing group of people in the call, including major integral impact investors, organizational learning trainers, and spiritual coaches to corporate and government leaders, consultants who’ve worked for the World Bank and other INGO’s on development issues, and integral leadership specialists.
