Is There a Stairway to “Heaven” from the Hell We are Currently In?

We are currently in a global transition from a degenerative, exclusive, rather soulless, materialistic political economy where only money really matters, toward a regenerative, inclusive, open, more soulful multicapital system where all life, people, purpose, and principles matter equally.

Today we’re going to begin unpacking that global transition. This five-part series was triggered by the attempted coup in Washington DC a week ago, and in parts 1–3 we examined the events of last week, their causes, and consequences. In Part 1 we went inside the giant con job of neoliberalism, and how it created the conditions for the bonfire of the vanities we’ve seen unfolding in the past few decades, leading to Trumpism and many more evils that must now be surgically removed in the body politic in several countries.

In Part 2 we explored how the composting of the American and British Empires and their shadows is a process of creative destruction, and an opportunity to unmask the sociopaths that have risen to positions of power in our societies, causing a great deal of pain, suffering and fake news designed to cover up their massive money grab. And in Part 3, we looked at why we need to reinvent the system, and how we might begin to heal the trauma we all feel.
