THE POWER OF INTEGRAL PRESENCING AND SENSEMAKING

So, let’s begin. I’m seeing that a number of you have been with us before — welcome again and also, as always, we have several newcomers, so welcome to the Integral Leadership Club. This is a place where we have some of the most fascinating discussions I’ve been involved in with some very wise and engaged people. We discuss pretty much anything and everything within the context of how we can be better leaders- in particular, better integral leaders, which is something that is a specific topic that we sometimes cover in much more depth.
Today, however, it’s Easter Monday, so let’s celebrate! Inspiration powers us and energizes us. Of course, energy is one thing, but we also need to add sensemaking to that picture so we’re going to talk about presencing as part of sensemaking. But first, we need to explore rebirth, renewal, and regeneration.
